Q Do you supply samples before bulk formal order production?
AYes, customers can provide design drawings and we charge sample cost according to the design and sample quantity as request. We will also deduct the sample cost from the formal batch order depending on the situation.
Q Do you have MOQ?
AYes, we do have MOQ, normally it is 200-300 pcs. This is an openly disccusion, if you request a lower MOQ, please feel free to contact with DEHONG.
Q What is DEHONG's payment term?
A30% as deposit should be paid by T/T, then 70% banlance should be paid by T/T before delivery.
Q What is the lead time and goods package?
AThe lead time is generally based on the customer's design and quantity. Normally, lead time will be 30 days after receiving the formal order advance payment.
The goods package is wooden case for better protection.
